SOLUTION: The power supply for an arc heater includes a main power supply connected to the arc heater, and a trigger power supply a connecting to a connecting line of the main power supply. The trigger power is actuated to generate glow discharging within the arc heater, thereafter, the main power is actuated to generate arc. |
