PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal reproducing device which shortens the delay (corresponding to about over ten tracks) of the output time of a digital signal constructed in a packet format in a long-time reproduction mode. SOLUTION: A time stamp and a packet reproduced with a digital signal reproducing device, that is for shortening the delay of the output time of the digital signal constructed in the packet format in the long-time reproduction mode, are stored in a storage circuit 103. A time stamp retrieval circuit 104 adds a prescribed value to the value of an internal time stamp which is generated inside a device, to define the value as a retrieval value and retrieves a time stamp that is closest to it in the storage circuit. An output circuit 101 outputs a corresponding packet, on the basis of the retrieved time stamp. |
