<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic substrate for high frequencies, with which an insertion loss in a microwave band is small and a function element having a conductor is provided inside. SOLUTION: Concerning the electronic substrate for high frequencies provided with the function element having conductors 8, 9, 10, 11 and 20 inside the substrate constituted by laminating a plurality of insulating layers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, surface conductanceσof the conductors 8, 9, 10, 11, and 20 is higher than 2.9×107Ω-1.m-1 at 2 GHz. Besides, surface coarseness Ra on the surfaces of the conductors 8, 9, 10, 11 and 20 on the side of the insulating layers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 is less than 1μm.</p> |
