PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a digital/analog conversion circuit that has a nonlinear input/output characteristic. SOLUTION: Digital values indicated by registers 0-3 are outputted as a sum (DAC current) of currents weighted by switching MOS transistors(TRs) M11, M21, M31 and M41 whose sizes differ from each bit, and drain currents of the 1st TRs M11, M21, M31 or M41 that is conductive are weighted furthermore by each bit with a switching of MOS TR M51, M61, M71 or M81 whose size differs from each bit so that the current outputted in response to the digital value is nonlinear.
