PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor structure with high reliability even in high temperature atmosphere such as vehicle use and the like or in an environment wherein high medium resistivity is required and realizing a low height. SOLUTION: The sensor comprises a main body 3 provided with a pressure guide inlet 3b, a circuit printed board 1 installed in the main body 3, a metal pressure guide pipe 8 which is inserted in a hole placed in the circuit printed board 1, whose one end opening is blocked by a pressure sensor chip 9 and the other end opening is connected to the pressure guide inlet 3b and a bonding wire 10 connecting the circuit printed board 1 and the pressure sensor chip 8.
