PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a finned condenser easily to a machine room without imposing a burden on the pipe itself thereof and the burden on the pipe can be reduced after fixing the finned condenser. SOLUTION: When a finned condenser 10 comprising finned pipes 12, formed by fixing radiation fins 16 to the outer circumference of a pipe 14, bent in a plurality of stages and rows is fixed to a machine room 2, upper and lower securing members 18, 20 for holding the upper and lower sections of the finned condenser 10, respectively, are used. The upper securing member 18 comprises a part 28 for holding the finned pipe 12 on the upper surface of the finned condenser, a fixing part 30 located above the holding part 28 and being secured to the machine room 2, and a resilient coupling part 32 for coupling them vertically. According to the structure, the finned condenser 10 is secured while having elasticity in the vertical direction.
