PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and certainly measure electric characteristic, even if a work has dimensional variation. SOLUTION: This concerns a method for measuring electric characteristic by connecting the terminals of a substance to be measured and terminals on a measuring instrument side electrically. With the substance to be measured kept in a held state, the measuring instrument side terminals are pressed by the terminals of the substance to be measured. A holder for the substance to be measured is compressed and inclinedly deformed by reactive force, and the terminals of the substance to be measured are caused to follow the positions of the measuring instrument side terminals, and the terminals are connected to each other electrically.
