PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation frequency monitoring device capable of easily defining an abnormal decision value of each frequency component, a frequency range and an abnormal decision value in the range. SOLUTION: The abnormal decision value settling of monitoring the oscillation frequency of a plant is divided into frequency ranges of several arbitrary amplitudes by clicking several points on a graph while graphically displaying actual oscillation data on a screen, and the oscillation abnormal decision value in the frequency range can be simultaneously settled.
