PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax assembly stress, and to enable mounting having high reliability even in a semiconductor laser having long resonator length. SOLUTION: A PHS (a plated heat sink) electrode 111 having a honeycomb structure is installed onto an electrode surface 110 fused on the heat sink for the semiconductor laser.
