PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spiral electrode from being wound loosely. SOLUTION: The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery is constituted by accommodating the spiral electrode constituted by inserting and winding a string shape of positive pole and a string shape of negative pole into cell sheathing via a separator and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The inner surface of the battery sheathing is provided with a resin layer consisted of a resin whose volume increases and swells by being dipped into the non-aqueous electrolyte, wherein the thickness of the resin layer after swelling is 10-500μm. The resin constituting the resin layer is acryl resin or vinyl resin, for example. |
