PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that sufficient optimization can not be performed by the conventional method of adjusting driving power based on only the identification information on a memory module for the present condition of accelerating a main memory more and more. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a driver circuit 41 capable of switching the driving power of signals connected to DIMMs 51 and 52 and outputting them, a driving power control circuit 31 for controlling the diving power of the driver circuit 41 and a test execution part 11 for instructing the changeover of the driving power to the driving power control circuit 31 and executing a test of the memory module. The test execution part 11 is provided with a means for automatically setting the optimum driving power bases on the result of successively switching the driving power and testing an access operation to the DIMMs 51 and 52.
