PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recharging device that firmly supports a recharging stand to prevent a deviation of a position and enables recharging smoothly. SOLUTION: A recharging device comprises a case 20 for containing battery and a recharging stand 10 for electronic equipment having a cavity 12 for containing the case 20. Convex portions 14 are formed at both sides of the cavity 12 to engage recesses 24 formed at both sides of the case 20. A stepped portion 16 is formed at the bottom of the cavity 12 which extends to one side from the convex portions 14.
