PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue an alarm to cotribute to the prevention of an accident when a speed gets faster than a refernce speed. SOLUTION: A signal processing circuit is provided with a rectangular wave generating part 2, a reference speed voltage setting part 4, a reference speed selecting part 8, an exceeding speed detecting part 9 and an alarming part 11, in a speed detecting part 1 provided in an automobile.
