PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clean and permanent energy by a device which converts magnetic force energy into kinetic energy by solving various problems at the generation of energy such as a global warming problem by a fossile fuel, the exhaustion problem of the fossile fuel, a radioactive contamination problem due to nuclear fission and the like. SOLUTION: A magnet 5 and a magnet 7 are installed at a disk part 1. A magnet 4 and a magnet 6 are installed at a plate part 2 which faces the disk part 1. A tensile force is generated between the magnet 6 and the magnet 7. An impulsive repulsive force is generated between the magnet and the magnet 5 by the sudden movement of the plate part 2 by the tensile force. As a result, the plate 2 hits the disk 1 by a magnetic force, the disk 1 is turned, and the plate 2 is returned to the original position by its reaction. Their movement is continued perpetually, and the disk 1 is turned.
