PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing case for image sensor, with which a flash caused by molding can be completely removed from an internal wall surface, further, the adsorption of a foreign object onto the internal wall surface is simultaneously prevented and a non-defective product improved in optical performance can be provided. SOLUTION: Concerning the producing method for a case 1 for image sensor provided by integrating internal spaces 10A and 10B for guiding light into an optical component to be integrated inside, the case 1 is molded by a metal die and the internal spaces 10A and 10B are integrated. On the other hand, a flash F caused by molding is removed by scrubbing internal wall surfaces 11 and 12 of these internal spaces 10A and 10B with a contact member 9. An anti-electrostatic agent is stuck onto a contact operating part 9a of the contact member 9.
