SOLUTION: An input device 1 outputs position information signal 4 for the mobile body. A data processing unit 2 calculates the relative distance of the mobile bodies and outputs a collision alarm signal 10. An output device 2 displays a collision alarm. A relative distance calculation part 11 calculates the relative distance and outputs a relative distance signal 5, and it also inputs a collision possibility instruction signal 7 and outputs a precise relative distance signal 6. A maximum relative speed storage part 14 stores the information for the maximum relative speed between the mobile bodies and outputs a maximum relative speed signal 8. A collision prediction part 13 inputs a simplified relative distance signal 9 and the precise relative distance signal 6 and outputs the collision alarm signal 10.
