<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmer system and method for programming a programmable micro device by increasing the size of through-put. SOLUTION: This program system is provided with plural sockets 20A-20D for simultaneously programming plural micro-devices, and a buffer circuit 32 for a programmer system designed for simultaneously programming the plural micro devices. In this method for programming the programmable micro-devices, this programmable micro-devices are programmed by using a standard bus cycle from a processor 12. Lastly, there are disclosed a method to verify data programmed by a programmer in the plural programmed micro-devices by using a single lead back operation, and also a data comparator circuit.</p> |
