PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner mixing device and a method for manufacturing toners which are capable of improving the dispersibility of coloring agent and charge control agent into a binder resin without dropping the mixture supplied to the toner kneading device of a continuous two-roll type and to provide the electrophotographic toners manufactured by using this method for manufacturing the toners. SOLUTION: The heat medium region of a front roll 2 is divided to a supply side 6 of the mixture and a discharge side 7 of the kneaded matter. The heat medium region of the mixture supply side 6 and the heat medium region of the kneaded matter discharge side 7 are divided near the center of the overall length of the rolls. The heat medium region of the back roll 1 is divided to a supply side 4 of the mixture and a discharge side 5 of the kneaded matter and the heat medium region of the mixture supply side 4 is confined to <=30% of the overall length of the rolls.
