<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the length of a spring-compensation type bellows and reduce the maximum load applied to a pedestal and its foundation to reduce the necessary strength. SOLUTION: A plurality of spring devices 36 are arranged on the outer circumference side of a spring-compensation type bellows 3. Intervals between the spring devices 36 are not uniform over the whole circumference but partially widened. Man-holes are formed in the widened intervals. The spring forces of the spring devices 36 at a room temperature are set so as to compensate a half of the maximum gas pressure.</p> |
