PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation in the performance of an aluminum laminate film used into the sheathing envelope of cell. SOLUTION: In this invention, there is disclosed an aluminum laminate film used in the cell sheathing envelope a surface process layer into a surface toward the inner side of cell in manufacturing at least an aluminum foil by chemically changing the surface of the aluminum foil and also forms a sealant layer into it.
