Water vapour is used as medium-carrier and supplied to an evaporation tank (10) in order to ensure a uniform distribution of an introduced compound in pyrotubes equipped with branching and to eliminate the danger of destruction of the pyrotubes near the entry thereof. The compound is also introduced into the evaporation tank, and a gaseous mixture obtained as a result of a reaction between the water vapour and volatile substances is introduced into a flow of an agent being heated, preferably at a point where the temperature exceeds the temperature of saturation of the flow with the vapour of said volatile substances. Preferably, the evaporation tank is embodied in the form of an axis-symmetrical swirl chamber provided with a tangential entry which is connected to a conduit (12) supplying the vapour and introduced compound with an axial exit connected to a connecting conduit (11).
|
