The superstructure consists of track grid, ballast layer, and high insulation layer between ballast and track bed. The superstructure (1) is formed by a track support plate (20) of quick-setting site-mixed concrete (4) with reinforcement (3), and with integrated rail fastenings (5). The insulation layer is an entropy-elastic mat (9) under the track plate. The plate consists of an individual section of max. 10m length, with a track grid (2) aligned between neighboring track grids, according to height, length, and width, and track grid position is fixed after installation by the concrete.
