Organosiloxane comprises a triamino group(s) bonded via a 1-4C N-bound alkylene and an Si-C bound fluoroalkyl group(s) to give low viscosity and long-term storage stability. Organosiloxane comprises a triamino group(s) of formula (I) bonded via a 1-4C N-bound alkylene and an Si-C bound fluoroalkyl group(s) of formula (II): (NHx(CH2)aNHy(CH2)bNHz)- (I) F3C(CF2)r(CH2)s- (II) a and b = 1-6; x = 0-2; y = 0 or 1; x+y+z = at most 4; r = 0-18; and s = 0 or 2.
