<p>The invention concerns a low power integrated circuit with decoupling capacitor comprising at least a voltage regulator for electrically powering at least first and second electrical feed rails (4, 5), first feeder lines (6) connected to the first rail, second feeder lines (7) connected to the second rail, and rows of cells (1) having cells with logic circuit (2) and filling cells (3) for the passage of conductor tracks (8) for connection between the logic circuit cells. Each row of cells (1) is connected and inserted between a first feeder line (6) and a second feeder line (7) for receiving low power electric supply. In the major part of the filling cells (3), a decoupling capacitor (30) is produced and connected between the first and second feeder lines.</p> |
