A gutter enhancing device having a flexible member (10) for being applied to and covering the exterior configuration of an existing gutter trough (34). A gutter endcap (1000) that can cover a gutter end and provide aesthetic continuity with gutter façade. A process for manufacture of gutters with decorative inserts by extruding a gutter with a slot for recieving and holding a decorative member; and injection moulding, blow forming, or thermoforming a decorative member configured and invented to slide into the slot. Further, a process for roll-forming of gutters, or other devices, such as, for example, an indoor moulding, from rolled metal sheets.
