PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical disk which can suppress enlargement of warp below 0.2 deg. even when used for a long time under environmental conditions defined by DVD standard and further which has high reliability bearable to continuous repetitive usage and to provide the optical disk manufactured by this manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A cation type UV ray setting composition is interposed between two pieces of disk substrates and both are stuck together to manufacture the optical disk. At that time, average value of deflection rigidity of both disk substrates 1a is made to be >=22.8 N/m.
