PURPOSE: An oral mucosa adhesive pharmaceutical preparation containing triamcinolone acetonide is provided. The oral mucosa adhesive pharmaceutical preparation has improved adhesion to the oral mucosa and drug stability. CONSTITUTION: The oral mucosa adhesive pharmaceutical preparation comprises a drug layer containing triamcinolone acetonide, carbomer, ammonio methacrylate copolymer, stabilizer of triamcinolone acetonide and plasticizer; and a supporting layer. The stabilizer selected from ethyldiamintetra acetate or its metal salts is included in the amount of 0.005 to 0.1 wt.%, wherein the ethyldiamintetra acetate is selected from sodium ethylenediamintetra acetate, disodium ethylenediamintetra acetate, trisodium ethylenediamintetra acetate, dipotassium ethylenediamintetra acetate and disodium potassium ethylenediamintetra acetate; the ratio of carbomer to ammonio methacrylate is 0.2:1 to 5:1.
