The coupling device (1) has an integral base plate (5), a perpendicular support plate (7) and at least one support lug (8) projecting from the latter, with a rupture line (6) between each support lug and the support plate, for selective separation of the support lugs. Fixing holes (3) for fixing screws are provided in each support lug, the support plate and/or the base plate.
