The invention relates to an injector for injecting a highly pressurized fluid by means of a nozzle (5). The injector body (1) comprises a high pressure delivery line (20) and a pressureless run-off (18). Said injector body (1) is connected to a common rail high pressure collector chamber (22) and contains a magnetic valve (6), which is used to control the nozzle (5). An axially extended sleeve (2) is movably accommodated in the injector body (1), one front face of said sleeve being controlled by means of a valve (6, 15) and the other front face (10) delimiting a control chamber (12) into which a branch (13) of a high pressure inlet (20.2) opens.
