The arrangement has measurement devices to determine the position of a medical instrument (12) during treatment of the patient. Adjustment devices (13) of the medical instrument project from the patient, and are arranged to alter the orientation of the images. The adjustment devices are coupled to a control unit to control the display of the images. An Independent claim is included for a method for using the arrangement.
