PURPOSE: A remote controller of a washing machine is provided to control a washing machine at any place within home by using the remote controller which transmits control signals via an AC power line, thereby improving the convenience of use. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller of a washing machine includes an input element(35) for inputting signals for washing stroke, a frequency converting element(45) for converting signals input via the input element to certain frequency signals, and an AC signal matching part for transmitting the frequency signals generated by the frequency converting element via an AC power line.
