An exemplary embodiment of the invention is a method for measuring web site effectiveness. The web site is measured for effectiveness based on multiple factors. The method includes evaluating web site effectiveness in a first factor and assigning a first factor score. Web site effectiveness in a second factor is evaluated and a second factor score is assigned. The first factor score and second factor score are combined to determine a total score for web site effectiveness.
