The invention relates to carboxamide-substituted benzimidazol derivatives of general formula (I), wherein the radicals R<1>, R<2>, R<3> and R<4> can have the meanings cited in the claims and in the description. The invention also relates to methods for producing the carboxamide-substituted benzimidazol derivatives and to the use thereof as medicaments, especially as medicaments having a tryptase-inhibiting effect.
