The invention relates to a cryogenic cooling device comprising a first pulse tube cooler. Said pulse tube cooler is equipped with a first pulse tube (20), which has a first cold head (24) for providing a first cooling area with a first temperature (TE), and is equipped with a first regenerator (40), which has a first cold end section (46) that is connected to the first cold head of the first pulse tube (20). The inventive cooling device also comprises a second cooling unit (30) that has a second cooling area (34) for providing a second temperature (TZ1) which is higher than the first temperature (TE). An object (82) to be cooled can be thermally coupled to the first cold head (24) of the first pulse tube (20). According to the invention, the second cooling area (34) can be thermally coupled via a first thermostatic switch (100) to the first pulse tube (20) and/or to the first regenerator (40) and/or to the object (82) to be cooled. A third cooling unit (110) can also be added which comprises a second thermostatic switch (102) and a third thermostatic switch (104). |
