<p>The invention concerns a method for making a non-contact smart card and more particularly a method for making a non-contact card whereof the antenna is on a support made of fibrous material such as paper. Said method comprises a step which consists in producing the antenna by screen printing on the support; a step which consists in bonding the chip contacts on the antenna support with a conductive adhesive; a step which consists in laminating card elements by hot pressing on the antenna support. Cutouts produced in the corners of the antenna support before the laminating step enable to weld together the card elements. The resulting card thus enables to visually observe a posteriori harmful mechanical stresses (extreme bending) to which it is subjected.</p> |
