<p>A method of screening a compound, which is capable of changing the binding property of neuromedin U or its salt to FM-3 or its salt, or a salt thereof characterized by using neuromedin U, its derivative or its salt and FM-3 or its salt. This method is usable in screening preventives and remedies for hypertension, stress diseases, etc. An FM-3 antagonist is useful as a preventive and a remedy for hypertension, stress diseases and the like.</p> |
