<p>Triazaspiro[5.5]undecane derivatives represented by general formula (I), quaternary ammonium salts thereof, N-oxides thereof and nontoxic salts thereof, wherein each symbol has the meaning as defined in the description. Because of controlling the effects of chemokines/chemokine receptors, the compounds represented by general formula (I) are useful in preventing and/or treating various inflammatory diseases, asthma, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, allergic diseases, nephritis, nephropathy, hepatitis, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.</p> |
