PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release the engagement of an anchor claw in its engaging or catching with a reef and easily raise an anchor. SOLUTION: On end of a traction rope passed through a slide ring slidably fitted onto an anchor shank is connected to an anchor claw base part or the tip part of the anchor shank, and the other end thereof is connected to an anchor rope. One end of an auxiliary tool such as a rubber spring or spring having energizing force or the like is connected to the slide ring, and the other end is connected to the traction rope or anchor rope. A chain is continuously provided between the traction rope and the anchor rope, and the other end of the auxiliary tool is connected to this chain, whereby the position of the slide ring is adjusted.
