PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for bagging a culture medium, capable of continuously charging the culture medium in a formed square-shaped packing bag while forming a film taken out from an original roll in a roll shape and guided, into a bag with a square cylindrical shape, and bagging the culture medium. SOLUTION: A square-shaped bag-forming cylindrical part 4 for forming the film S into the bag with the square shape and sending out the resultant bag, and a charging cylindrical part 5 for charging the culture medium B are arranged in a dual structure. The film S taken out from the film original roll SR in the roll shape and guided is formed into the square-shaped bag by the square-shaped bag-forming cylindrical part 4, and heat-sealed by a longitudinal sealing structure 9 and a transverse sealing structure 11. The interior of the square-shaped packing bag P formed into the bag is intermittently charged with the culture medium B by a screw conveyer 7 installed in the interior of the charging cylindrical part 5, and pressurized to successively bag the culture medium B in the interior of the square-shaped packing bag P. Four corner parts except the center part of the square-shaped packing bag P pressurized and charged by the screw conveyer 7 are pressurized and shaped by the pressing work of a pressing plate 13.
