PURPOSE: A TTS(Text To Speech) system is provided for people with hearing loss or students. Herein, foreign language in the text, in addition to Korean language, is converted into Korean speech. CONSTITUTION: The Korean alphabet and foreign alphabet in the Korean alphabet are analyzed by using a paper character detecting element and a character analysis circuit, and the alphabet is converted into a voice by using a voice conversion circuit, and an intermediate amplification of the voice is performed, and a recording system and an ear phone are used, and more amplification of the voice is performed, and the voice is read by a speaker. |
