PURPOSE: An out sole manufacturing method does not need separate release agent, reduces number of processes and sanding gilding of metal mold. CONSTITUTION: IMR(Internal Mold Lubricant) applied to accelerator to manufacture out soles without external release agent comprises highly branched hydrocarbon whose molecular weight is 400-2800, carboxylic acid, metal salts of carboxylic acids and phospholipids including heat stable lecithin or branched hydrocarbon whose molecular weight is 800-2000, long chain carboxylic acids whose molecular weight is 200-800, metal complex of long chain carboxylic acid whose molecular weight is 200-800 and lonomer.
