PURPOSE: A method for executing an automatic call in a private exchange having a computer telephony integration module is provided to automatically carry out a paging execution method at one paging request, regardless of the existence of connected calls. CONSTITUTION: If a paging request message is inputted, a private exchange judges the existence of connected calls, based on each computer's call state recorded in a repository(S10). If a connected call exists, the private exchange approaches the connected call to a park state(S20). Then the private exchange judges whether the approach is completed(S30). If the approach is completed normally, the private exchange carries out paging(S40). In case that any connected call doesn't exist, the private exchange carries out paging directly(S40). The private exchange judges whether paging is carried out normally(S50). In case that paging is not carried out normally, the private exchange checks whether the approach operation to the park state is executed(S60). If the approach operation has been executed, the private exchange attempts a recovery(S70). If the recovery is successful(S80), the private exchange carries out paging again(S40).
