PURPOSE: A method for fixing pulse of a digital signal for improving efficiency of a band in a communication system is provided to improve the efficiency of the band in transmitting the modulated signal of a communication system by applying the pulse. CONSTITUTION: In a method for fixing pulse of a digital signal for improving efficiency of a band in a communication system, a few stages are provided. In the first stage, the option square pulse is generated and is output to the impulse response filter. In the second stage, the square pulse output in the impulse response filter and the half-sinusoid pulse are compounded with convolution. In the third stage, the piled pulse is generated as the result of compounding with convolution and is output. The impulse response filter is materialized as the filter of the MSK type.
