PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean and permanent energy by developing unbalance in the moment by applying the principle of the lever in the gravity energy and converting it into the movement energy in a present situation having various types of problems in generating the energy such as the global warming by fossil fuel, the exhaustion of the fossil fuel, and the radioactive contamination by nuclear fission. SOLUTION: Pairs of hooks 2 applying the principle of the lever are installed in a disc part 1 so that the distance from a rotary shaft 3 to weights 4 can be changed by the action of the levers in the respective hooks 2. This constitution can vary the relative positions of the weights 4 to the disc part 1 to develop unbalance of the moment. This constitution can generate the movement energy so as to permanently rotate the disc part 1.
