ASSEMBLY OF INTEGRATED FUEL FILTER AND FUEL PUMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of an integrated fuel filter and a fuel pump having water separation performance. SOLUTION: A fuel filter housing 23 is provided with an outside having a connecting interface for the fuel pump. It also includes a first fuel port and a fastener fitting facility with a screw thread. The fuel pump 22 is provided with a fuel inlet and a fuel outlet directly connected to the fuel inlet of the housing and directly fitted to the outside of the housing in a unit type constitution. An upper end plate 31 for a filter element is enlarged as extending across the outside diameter of the filter element so as to be useful as a closing cover for the housing. An erecting pipe is fitted to a base and a knob 32 of the housing. The knob threadly engaged with the upper end of the erected pipe is a clamp mechanism for tightly pressurizing the upper plate against the upper end of the housing for completing the tightly closed interface.
