PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder for a linear-element crossed section, which has a simple structure, the cost of which is reduced and which moreover has superior workability. SOLUTION: The binder has a binder body bent and formed from one metal plate piece, the binding body has three tabular sections on one end side, the intermediate side and the other end side faced mutually under a parallel state, the tabular sections on one end side and the intermediate side are connected by the first bent and formed U-shaped section and the tabular sections on the intermediate side and the other end side by the second bent and formed U-shaped section, the first and second U-shaped sections are opened in a crossed shape, the first U-shaped section can be installed at a position displaced from a crossed section to one linear element constituting the crossed section, and the second U-shaped section can be mounted on the other linear element by sliding and moving the first U-shaped section on one linear element. The first and second U-shaped sections can be clamped simultaneously to one and the other linear elements by bolting the tabular sections on one end side, the intermediate side, and the other end side under the mounted state.
