PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound effective for diseases considered as relating with CRF(Corticotropin Releasing Factor) such as melancholia, anxiety, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's chorea, eating disorder, hypertension, digestive system disease, drug dependence, epilepsy, cerebral infarction, cerebral ischemia, cerebral edema, craniocerebral trauma, inflammation, immunity associated diseases or the like, and also provide a synthetic intermediate required for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The compound is a derivative of carbamoyl tetrahydropyridine expressed by the formula [R1 and R2 are each independently H, a 1-5C alkyl or a phenyl or R1, R2 and the adjacent N atom together form a saturated heterocycle; R3 is H or a 1-5C alkyl; Y1-Y2 is (R4)C=C(R5), (R6)C=N, N=N, (R7)N-CO or N=C(R8); X1, X2 and X3 are each independently H, a halogen atom, a 1-5C alkyl, a 1-5C alkoxy, a 1-5C alkylthio, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, an amino or a 1-5C alkylamino group; R4 and R5 are each independently H or a 1-5C alkyl; R6 is H or a 1-5C alkyl; R7 is H or a 1-5C alkyl, a 1-5C alkoxycarbonylmethyl, a carboxymethyl or a group expressed by the formula CH2CONR11(R12); and R8 is H or a carbamoyl group], or its medically permissible salt and an intermediate for its manufacture.
