PURPOSE: A heat pipe type multi-stage heat exchanger and emulsifying machine is provided, in which an object is heated by a latent heat radiated during phase change of the working fluid from a gaseous state into a liquid state, to thereby achieve an improved and rapid heat transfer performance. CONSTITUTION: A heat pipe type multi-stage heat exchanger comprises two or more heat transfer condensing units(900,900a) mounted to be adjacent at the surface of an object to be heated, and where a gaseous state working fluid is condensed into a liquid state after transferring latent heat to the object to be heated; liquid return pipes(600,600a) having inlets communicated to heat transfer condensing units, respectively, so that the working fluid condensed into the liquid state enters through inlets of liquid return pipes; evaporating unit(300,300a) connected to outlets of the liquid return pipes, respectively, and where the liquid state working fluid entering through the outlet is phase-changed into a gaseous state; and vapor supply pipes(500,500a) having both ends communicated to the evaporating unit and heat transfer condensing unit, respectively, so that the working fluid which is phase-changed into gaseous state in the evaporating unit flows into the heat transfer condensing unit.
