PURPOSE: A remote computer breakdown repair method is provided to enable a user to request a computer breakdown repair to a server, select an optimal solution provider, and make the solution provider provide the solution while directly checking the screen of the breakdown computer so that it can reduce a repair time. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user notifying a computer breakdown of a server(14), the user requesting a repair for the breakdown computer(13), the server selecting an optimal solution provider, the server transmitting instruction data on a GDI object(15), used for construction of the screen of the breakdown computer, to the selected solution provider, the solution provider offering a solution to the breakdown to the user by displaying the screen of the breakdown computer on a computer(10) of the solution provider, the solution provider notifying the server of finding no solution and taking over a control right of the breakdown computer to the server if the provider does not find a solution, and the server selecting other solution provider.
