PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which the number of conveying rollers of a recording medium is reduced and a structure is simple, even in the image forming device capable of conveying a recording medium stored in a recording medium accumulating cassette in a device body and a recording medium from a manual paper feeding portion. SOLUTION: This image forming device comprises a recording medium accumulating portion 12 disposed in the lower part of the device body, the manual paper feeding portion 20 disposed on a side surface of the device body, and a passage (feed passage)' 34 capable of selectively feeding the recording medium toward a merging position upstream of a resist means 30 than the two portions. The image forming device comprises a first roller 2 provided near the merge position, a second roller 4 provided on the paper feed outlet side of the recording medium accumulating portion 12, and a third roller 3 that contacts with the first and second rollers on its surface and functions as a feed passage through which the recording medium taken out of the recording medium accumulating portion using the surface is fed to the merge position.
